• Giftrest will cover 100% of refunds in case of defects or manufacturing problems.
• Returns are available for 14 days after the order is delivered.
• Customer can choose to get refunded either in same payment method or in store credit.
• In case of no defects, shipping fees will be deducted from total refund amount.
• All items must undergo inspection before refunds are issued.
